The chain in the toilet water tank slips off the flush lever after every flush. Vaulted ceilings in the unit are too high for her to replace burned out light bulbs. Light bulbs need to be replaced in the kitchen, bedroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom sink and bathtub are clogged. Renting out garage parking spaces to non-tenants.
