per caller: no heat for over a year, property manager is ignoring the problem. Complainant says the whole building has no heat.

Online; "Bed bugs infestation since 5/2015 (5 mos). Six tenants notified Manager. Complaints were ignored until 8/13/2015 which exterminators scheduled on this date. Tenants received 24 notice (less than 24 hrs). Should have been 48 notification by law. Three days after, still present. Only 8 out of 12"Per Phone: Customer is aware that they may not be able to be kept confidential.
