I reported a "spongy" floor in my unit (204) back in June. There was also an inspection by the City of Seattle noting the same defect. I have made several attempts to get the work initiated but nothing is being done. Mold has now built up under the flooring. It is making my partner and my sick. I have a recent email chain with the property manager but he has once again become unresponsive.

Complained about foul smell in apartment on 12/3 and sent maintenance request to Redside Partners and was ignored. Went away for the holidays and came back and smell was worse. Called another request on 12/28 and was ignored again. Called emergency line on 12/31 since we suspected sewer gas and was told not emergent. Finally had maintenance come in on 1/2 and was told it seemed like sewer gas and was emergent. Redside partners contacted us on 1/3 and was told plumbing couldn't come until 1/6. I

Outdoor junk storage including trash and mattresses.

South side of the apartment building chronically has junk and trash around its large blue trash bin. The complainant has to frequently call the property manager (see below) to have it removed.
