ZONING 3--per CSB--Debris Slide risk due tree trimming and dumping of debris. This is an extremely steep slope and some guys hucked lots of tree limbs. The construction near/attached to the Fremont View apartments has been violating the allowable construction noise hours. On weekdays construction noise is allowed to begin at 7am, however, for weeks this construction site has routinely begun their work at 6:30.
