There is a plant with extremely large thorns growing from the sidewalk into the walkway, which seems to be the same type as an adjacent tree that is hanging down onto the sidewalk at the north side of the intersection of N 39th St and Evanston Ave N

ZONING 3--per CSB--Debris Slide risk due tree trimming and dumping of debris. This is an extremely steep slope and some guys hucked lots of tree limbs. Looks like they may have trimmed the trees to improve the view and left all the debris. Looks like a small amount has slid already. Slide photo two. This is west of the previous photo. The construction near/attached to the Fremont View apartments has been violating the allowable construction noise hours. On weekdays construction noise is allowed to begin at 7am, however, for weeks this construction site has routinely begun their work at 6:30. Each morning, my neighbors and I are woken up by the sounds of power saws, wielding tools, and back up noises from trucks all before 7am.
