"Per online complaint" This is a poorly manged rental, not registered under the RRIO. Insufficient egress for basement bedroom. Insufficient garbage cans resulting in 20+ plastic garbage bags on the property, many damaged by squirrels and crows, with the contents strewn around. Overgrown sidewalk on the 20th Ave side.
