The emergency exit staircase doesn't have a functioning door. The door to enter the staircase doesn't open all the way and doesn't have a lock. Anyone can enter the building from the staircase by going up to the top floor and using the elevator or door entrance(no lock). The door doesn't open all the way which is not accessible for any emergency situations. The staircase can't handle heavyweights as well. we have homeless people broke in to our building using the back staircas

per online complaint: onstruction noise (hammering, sawing, and vacuuming) outdoors on a new building site after the legally permitted hours. At the building next to me, workers were making loud construction noise until 10pm on a weeknight.ongoing since 2/1/2018
