Recently discovered one of the bedrooms in his home has wet carpet, water leak, and mold. Opened maintenance request 3 weeks ago, all they have done is ripped the carpet and exposed wall. Does not have full use of home. Requesting housing inspection and seeking tenant rights information.

On August 21, 2026 we realized our carpet in our front bedroom was wet and had mushrooms growing through it. We filed a maintenance request that day. Since then, our property manager has not gotten it fixed yet. They first got it ripped open, which exposed mold and mildew underneath and cut holes into the wall. They just got someone out here this weak to even troubleshoot where the water is coming from. Today marks 4 weeks without a fix yet, and there is no plan for when the leak, nor the bedro

Constant overflowing garbage can in alley. Crows, squirrels, raccoons destroy exposed garbage bag and eat trash. Spread trash everywhere. Health hazard. Leads to rats, etc.
