The unit we reside in has faulty electrical wiring. Several outlets, devices and switches have broken due to being hooked up to the units power system. All the lights flicker or only half the bulbs light up in some fixtures. I also worry the building structure. one corner of the building is sinking causing the windows to be severely slanted. Anytime a truck drives by the building the whole place shakes pretty violently
