Per online complaint dated 3/18/05 and updated info received by phone 3/21/05: "Loud disturbing noise on the crossroad of 15th Ave and 55th in the apartment building across from the Twin Oaks Apt building at 5263 15th Ave, there is a loud ventilation noise that turns on and off lasting 15 sec to 1 minute periodically from 3am to 5am every morning. Closing windows and ear plugs does not drown it out."
