PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Tree trim request from Republic, solid waste collector. Alley behind 5320 Roosevelt Wy NE. Driver is reporting that it is the entire alley. Leonia in SDOT determined that it's private owners who have trees they need to trim. No addresses
