Maple Leaf Management included an illegal "roommate change fee" of $300 in their leases I had with them from 2024-2026 for this property and they attempted to enforce it. I had a couple rounds of email exchange, including me screenshotting the renters handbook and SMC. I can furnish copies of these emails upon request. They dropped the fee after I asked for the job title and pay rate of the person switching the names on the lease and how long that labor takes them, to ascertain if this fee was
