Unit has large gap/crack in living room ceiling that has worsened over time. I'm concerned part of the ceiling is going to cave in. Additionally, there's a large black mold problem in the bathroom because our bathroom has been flooded by the upstairs tenant several times. The landlord has addressed it before by cleaning it with bleach. It's been worsening for at least four years. It's apparent that cleaning up the mold stains isn't enough to handle this.
