pipe burst last week my unit flooded, mgmt doing bare minimum to fix properly or make repairs, mold concerns it smells like mildew POTA, tenant rights - mgmt offering $100 off next months rent due to flood is this right I want to find out more about how I can be compensated for this inconvenience

Was receiving free parking due to reasonable accommodation. They are now forcing her to provide proof or pay for parking. Not asking for documentation from other neighbors. Requiring her to pay or risk eviction. Ongoing harassment. Seeking tenant rights.

Flooding from above unit leaking from electrical outlets create unsafe conditions for the chronically ill in this unit. There is mold and mildew as well. Multiple exposed outlets. Water unearth carpets just standing water and mold. Electricity flickering on and off when there's movement within the unit.
