On 24DEC2025 at around 04:50am at our address 527 Eastlake Ave. E. APT. 210 Seattle, WA 98109 at Carolina Court Apartments managed by Arboreal Management our carbon monoxide detector went off while we were asleep with a smell of gas detected. The fire department was called, and they detected the gas and had shut down the furnace and stove. They also ventilated the apartment. The building manager Carrie Caldwell and her assistant manager Gary Qian was contacted but no answer. So, two days later
