Per online complaint "Major mechanical noise complaint audible from above address - seems to be coming from the west. Sounds like a fan belt or motor - very high pitched and audible for blocks, 24 hours a day. It was off for one day last week, but other than that is constantly audible and extremely annoying." I did not take as housing... stated mechanical noise.
