"Per online complaint" I have a black something running down my wall as well as splotch's all over the wall in my bathroom. A odor like rotting, dead skin. The smell is close to a dead person smell coming thru my vent-a-hood. There is a Crack smell in the hallway because they allow criminal activity to take place.
