The construction project to then north has repeatedly violated the terms our current easement by storing construction materials and equipment in the driveway area that is partially contained on our property. Now, with the Shelter in Place order, they have left piles of material in the easement area which prevents us from accessing the back of our property, and accessing the garden areas where herbs and food are grown.
