poor ventilation and a black mold infestation in the entire complex. Little to nothing done to address this problem when maintenance request filed. Roach infestation across multiple units (1,6,7,8,14,15 confirmed). Unit 14 filed a request on 2/28/26, and there was zero response, ONLY after i gave my notice to vacate on 3/14, where I had to bring it up again. while at work on 3/23/26, i received a call from maintenance that they were there to fumigate.
