property has many junk vehicles park all over the yard. there is occasionally homeless people sleeping in the cars/trucks/campers and it is a very unsafe condition. the operable vehicles, park on the side walk in front of the house, they continually drive over the neighbors yard and sidewalk to access parking in their yard. there is a fire hydrant in front of the house that they park next to and drive around continuously.
