For the past month, my upstairs neighbor has been making noise that has impacted my wife's and my ability to sleep and have quiet enjoyment. The noise is specifically impulse/impact noise in the form of heavy stepping and slamming doors. The noise happens at all hours and is especially disruptive at night. We have contacted the owner who is renting out the unit who passed our first message along to the tenant but upon letting her know the noise has not changed has indicated there is nothing she
