Per online complaint: "Street Use has received a complaint. CIF #6668 Vegetation overgrowth from private prop (location above) obscuring the adjacent alley (btw 15th & 16th Ave S) ROW. Garbage trucks cannot get down the alley without encroaching onto private property. South of 5303 16th S additional location found with overgrowth."
