Per 10/25/17 online complaint: "I was told that when one demos a building by bulldozing or smashing it, that it is required to hose the area during demolition to prevent dust/asbestos ect. i did not observe them taking these precautions during demo and I watched as it was 7 am w no notice 8 ft from my house. Kingsmen Building."***Is TESC/CSC per Demo Permit 6589909 and Building Permit 6554018?***
