Per Online; There is a giant hole in our driveway. It is a major hazard and prevents us from parking in the driveway or in our garage. We have sent multiple notices to our landlord, beginning January 5th, and they have neglected to fix it. The ground around it has become dangerously unstable. Someone could fall and get seriously hurt. Landlords are required to start repairs within 10 days (except water etc. which is shorter) of receiving a written request. This reques
