I live in the third floor apartment and there is a constant noice happening from outside. Not sure if it is one of the factories or establishments near by or construction but it is constant and very loud. I can barely sleep. It continues through all hours of the day. I am wearing headphones to bed. It sounds like a constant machine working at all hours.
