CLOSED. No contact information provided for obtaining tenant permission to inspect.Electrical is not up to code. Plumbing dangerous and not healthy for humans. Dangerous in basement. No restroom in basement, yet handicap person living and in own excrement. Mold everywhere in house along with lead paint from 70s. Slum lord with other properties throughout Seattle. Leonard Cabaio is landlord.

Per caller: Landlord promised needed repirs would be done right after she and her children moved in (July) and nothings been done since. Home is without heat and landlord has no intention of repairing as he said the furnace vents are too dirty for it to be used. Rental has following issues: elctricity improperly wired and a hazard, 2 windows in basement are broken where childrens rooms are supposed to be, cockroach issue because of this around broken areas, moisture build up, holes in ceilings
