Backhoe/construction project blocking access to dumpster/carts onprivate driveway for garbage pick up. SDOT referred complainant to SPU. SPU advised owner must make request to move dumpster/carts. SPU not picking up garbage currently.

HOUSING--per online--One of our baseboard heaters started a small electrical fire on May 7, 2018 (SFD was called) and we have been trying to get our landlord to replace it and three other old ones in our unit since then. We feel like we're getting the run-around with excuses around why they haven't been able to get the correct heaters. We are now heading into winter with only one functioning heater in our unit and a possible fire hazard still attached to the wall.
