PER CSB: Customer left a voicemail after hours for CSB on 3/24/22 reporting a possible building safety issue. Customer stated a crew was doing construction on a 3/4 story building and walking around on the top level with no safety harness. Customer expressed concerns someone could get hurt and mentioned they assumed this could be a building code violation. Customer said the construction is the only 3-story building on the east side of the street, between E Jefferson St and E C

Mold is growing on bedroom walls and inside bedroom closet. Water seeps into den addition between baseboards and tile whenever it rains heavily. A second door in unit was sealed off - could that hamper egress in case of fire?
