I believe that my Landlord, Wilson Guo of 5324 8th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98105 has violated renovation policies because he is renting out this small house to 7 people all with separate plumbing. Prior to signing the lease agreement, I believed that the plumbing was going to work properly. However I recently discovered that the basement level and the street level "unit" of this house has separate plumbing systems.
