What are my rights and responsibilities for dealing with sewage in the bottom floor of my unit? Who is responsible for cleaning up the mess? The PM says they're not going to do anything until SPU repairs the broken pipe.

Per Online; I called in last week to discuss options, but we have now decided to file a formal complaint. Our issues in this rental housing include, but not limited to: peeling paint on exterior (most all wood surfaces); peeling paint on interior window sills, trim boards, wood mantel; two extension cords with duct tape 'repairs' are being used to power the detached garage, with the cords lying in the grass; some of the 3-prong outlets are not registering a Ground; the kitchen

Signed a 1yr lease, moved in 11/15. There is peeling paint in the house in rooms and on the outside as well. Paint debris in windows, electrical cords from the garage laying on the ground; not secure. Owner taped with duct tape, garage does not work properly. Floors weren't done properly in the bedrooms tenants have not been able to move bdrm furniture in rooms living/sleeping in other common areas because of the floors. Things were supposed to be fixed properly before move
