Mold in unit, basement has flooded twice. Tenant is requesting to end lease early as air quality is poor and she has been to hospital 4 times. Landlord states tenant needs to find someone to take over lease before moving out. Requesting tenant rights and unit inspection.

Vehicle parked daily on front lawn. Although there's a curb cutout it is not a legal driveway as their garage fronts the ALLEY, not the street. It is unsightly and interferes with others ability to park on street. No residence on this street that has alley access has a driveway.
