Hi SDCI Team,I am writing to update Complaint #010765-25CP. AMLI 535 has now sent the disputed amount ($1,584.52 reletting fee) to their collections agency (FCO) even though this matter is currently under SDCI review.I have paid all undisputed charges, and only the reletting fee is in dispute. I have notified FCO that the debt is disputed and requested validation. Please add this to my complaint file and advise if you need any additional documentation while the case is pending assign

Early trash collection noise in the morning. There's an alley right behind our apartment building, and the trash truck came in at 6 am every Tuesday and Friday morning. I've been reporting this to SPU four times, but the vendor kept doing this. I believe this is a serious violation of quiet time requirements.

My landlord at Amli 535, 535 Pontius Ave N, Unit 313, Seattle, 98109 is charging me a $2,456 reletting fee after early lease termination. They claim this is a fixed "liquidated damages" amount, not tied to actual costs. Why I Believe This is Unlawful:My lease gave me the option of paying either a flat reletting fee or following the "rent until re-rented" clause. I chose the rent until re-rented option.I paid rent through July 2025 while the unit was vacant. The unit was re-rented
