Per Online; Massive overcrowding, 16+ occupants in a house with 1 kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms. Most of the tenants are HEN and do not clean up after themselves, this place is disgusting on a good day. There are exposed pipes, wires, conduits. The landlord is your basic slum lord, he does the least amount of work possible to solve a problem. This is his 3rd or 4th house he has treated in this manner.

Per CSB; Robert Grim is operating a repair shop out of 5351 S Wallace St Seattle. I didn't find an active business with that address or associated with the name Robert Grim. Said he would be happy to answer any questions, so long as his name is not revealed.
