PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Rented house has rats. The house was rented in June 2016. Two days after moving in evidence was found of rats.It has progresively got worse in the last 30 days. They were recently found: one dead in toilet-drowned, can be heard in walls and one found in bedroom closet. The landlord has: set traps and provided a trap for the live bait of the rats.Also, the landlord hired someone to take a pellet gun into a crawl space to shoot them. The dining room ceiling was water damaged weeks ago from a leaky water pipe from the bathroom upstairs. The ceiling is still unrepaired being held up by duct tape, and mold is growing on it. The entry way also has some water damage.
