I lived at 537 28th Ave, Apt B, Seattle WA, 98122 from March 1, 2020 through March 29, 2021. I originally signed a 12 month lease term from March 1, 2020 through Feb. 28, 2021. I subsequently signed a 2 month extension lasting until April 30, 2021. I informed my landlord Michael Tan via email on Feb. 12, 2021 that an offer that I had made on the purchase of home had been accepted and that I would be vacating the property by March 31, 2021.
