My property manager violated RCW 59.18.150 by entering/sending an inspector to enter my rental unit without my consent. I was clear to my property manager that I would be out of town for the week and would be unable to receive notices for entry (this can be found in a text message exchange that he responded to, confirming his reception of said message).
