Tenant wants to know rights, feels she's being singled out. Was given an eviction notice12/2023, Lease expired 1/7/2024. Was given an new lease that was approved then later rescinded due to the eviction notice 12/2023. Then tenant was given an ejectment notice due to lease being rescinded and eviction notice. What are rights?

I have roaches, coming into my unit from another unit. Management has sprayed my unit once but the problem remains because management is not addressing the source. I have also heard there are mice in this building. I want to move out, get my full deposit without penalties.
