We submitted the following complaints on Wed, Dec 8, 2021, 1:32 PM PST: "1. The last several days, when we shower, we turn the heat all the way up, and it varies between "barely warm" to "almost warm enough". Is there any way that can be turned up? 2. The sink drain in the half-bath gets smelly after a while. We have been needing to clean every week or two with vinegar, baking soda, and boiling water, but it always comes back. "I clarified the shower issue on December 26, 2021:"
