Our water heater broke on Sunday night. We sent photos and info to our landlord as soon as we discovered the issue. He didn't reply until the following day, said he would call us but did not. Then sent us a number to call for a repair person, offering no assistance. We called the company, they needed to speak with him to approve the repair, he didn't respond to them until today.
