Plaster came down from ceiling, hole in roof of bedroom, landlord failed to fix the hole for 5 days, still no repair. Complainant does not want inspection, wants to know her rights and if she can withhold rent legally.

Rotted porch, deck in back isn't stable either, landlord won't repair. Ceiling in bedroom, hallway and bathroom came down, isn't fixed. holes in flooring, electrical outlets aren't complaint. Utility issues.
