reported by H/Z inspector Scott Thiessen - he spoke to (new) owners who stated the structure existed, they are just "finishing" it to create a studio space.New wiring, appears to be new vent & new windows & sheetrock & other finishes. Emailed (4) photos from Scott to Larry L. Requested bldg inspector to go by and leave written instructions to obtain all necessary permits.
