Per online complaint "I suspect the unit I live in is not a legal unit. I reside in mother-in-law unit above garage, detached from house. I suspect that there are no permits issued. I am being asked to move out. I would like to file this complaint and request an inspection of the property." Per my conversation with the tenant their last day of tenancy is 1/20/13.
