Per 8/10/10 online complaint: "The construction crew piles plywood and excavated soil against the siding of the neighbor's building, causing damage and an entry point for insects. People at 5434 Cali. always respond to polite complaints with screaming and swearing. The new shed violates setback requirements"***constructing a shed w/o permit & remodeling primary structure to include an additional 1 or 2 units***

Per online complaint, "The residents keep a collection of overflowing trash bins and boxes along the side of the building and trash and other discarded items in the yard. Ravens often scatter the trash. The residents do not put the bins out for collection for months at a time. When they do, trash spills along the alley."
