Mattress has been left at rear of property (alley access) for over 12 months. It is on the property, but outside the chain-link fence behind trashcans. A large amount of trash is often left outside of trashcans on non-trash days by tenants. After 12 months exposure to the elements, mattress is moldy/moss-covered and, with warmer temperatures, has begun to smell.

Per Online Complaint:"There are six plus occupants in a three bedroom one bath, parking of work trucks in yard."*Trucks are parking in the rear yard off of the alley. About 2-3 at any given time. Number of people there is unknown*
