Per online complaint: "The owners of this property are parking a large commercial vehicle reefer in their backyard. It is very close to their northern property line and visible from neighboring lots. This is a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood, not a COMMERCIAL area. Please fine them and demand that they remove it. Thank you!"
