The Ballard Pump Station project is emitting noises that are significantly above acceptable levels. I support the project and have never had an issue with general construction noises and the occasional loud noises. However, whatever has been happening over he last week is absolutely unacceptable. The noises shake the earth to the point that things vibrate in our unit. It's affecting our jobs because we can't hear or speak on conference calls for minutes at a time due to these extreme noise even

Construction at the Ballard Pump Project off Shilshole, which my apartment overlooks, has without warning escalated its construction noise to levels that make habitation difficult (including during the night and early morning). This noise makes it very difficult to both sleep and work.It is accompanied by bright floodlights that shine into unit windows and a blue flashing light that points directly into units and flashes 24/7.
