Attempted to rent unit 201, was told that I was required to pay for an entire year's lease upfront, when I offered two months in advance for reasonable reassurance of funds was told I could not rent without full year payment upfront non negotiable.

Our apartment Manager Hollie Swanson with Infinity Property Management has been horrible and irresponsible in her job as apartment manager. She took down our deck railings without proper notice. As in we had NO idea it was even happening. She told us it would be 1 week of being locked in the apartment, No way out for a fire. It ended up being 5 weeks, and the top floor is still locked in. There has also be NO mention of compensation for being locked out of a part of the apartment we pay for. Th
