PER FIND IT FIX IT APP:Homeowner's hedge blocking 1-2 feet of sidewalk, homeowner is slow to trim back their hedge, and sections they have trimmed are parabolic in shape and still leave the hedge blocking the sidewalk up to a foot by pedestrians
