Per online complaint "Parcel of Property is 7883600700. This property has been abandoned for the last year. Property of former tenants is scattered all over the property. Doors and windows are now open and squatters (presumably drug users) come in and out. Duffel bags are left and then picked up by others. Unacceptable!"

Is erosion control per Permit 6322875? Construction site is storing unsecured piles of dirt in front of the houses to the east of the property near the ROW. Complainant would like feedback.

Intend to demo house and currently there is not a permit. H/Z Inspector had sent a NOV to the current owner that they either needed a permit to repair or a permit to demo the unfit SFRs on this site. When stopping by today there was a contractor on site doing an interior demo and told her a complete demo was planned.
