PER CSB The detached garage at 5506 Brooklyn Ave NE collapsed on June 23. There does not appear to be any action or activity to clean it up since then. I am worried it is posing a hazard to the public and our adjacent property due to risk of fire, further collapse, attractive nuisance, and habitat for rats/pests (which are already an ongoing issue in the alley). I also just witnessed an apparent trespasser investigating the structure and fear it might be inappropriately used as a shelter.

Mold in unit in the structure of the house. Notified landlord 11/18 about the issue, nothing has been done. Mold is in the woodwork, it is exposed right now.
