Per CSB: There's a private home at the address indicated here at the edge of Solstice Park. It is boarded up and vacant but was purchased last year. There's a white pick up truck in front and someone has pitched a tent on the property. The gate to the yard, which is usually closed, is now wedged open.

Per Online; Garbage dumpster overflowing onto ground repeatedly over 4 yrs. Overflowing recycle bins. Rotting garbage and broken glass left in alley and around dumpster. Dumpster repeatedly pushing against a fence separating properties (5505 15th Ave NE from 5515 15th Ave NE) with fence now broken and falling against a vehicle parked at 5515 15th Ave NE; there is damage to vehicle.

Hello Officer,The complaint is about the Deck Reconstruction starting on March 20th. The apartment management only sent one email on March 19 saying there will be some noise due to the construction.
